  • Source 2 to 4 images or clips per lesson with proper attribution
  • Outline 60 to 90 second instructor script prompts
  • Organize files, labels, and question banks in Moodle
  • Must have: foundational textiles knowledge, strong writing, detail focus
  • Time and budget: part time to 10 hrs per week, target 10 to 30 USD per hour via Upwork

Textile Engineering Adjunct Professor

Masters with teaching or PhD Remote Moodle

Develop and teach an online course in technical textiles. Topics include technical embroidery, composites, smart textiles, testing, and manufacturing methods. Build in Moodle and teach one run with weekly office hours and timely feedback.

  • Course build: syllabus and 12 to 14 weekly modules
  • Assessments: problem sets, quizzes, project briefs, and rubrics
  • Coordination: align outcomes with Textile.org's course map and industry skills
  • Compensation: 3,000 USD for course development and 3,000 USD for one teaching run
